We provide a registration service on new and used yachts in many jurisdictions but specialise in Isle of Man and other red ensign flags.

We can offer a wide range of corporate ownership structures to ensure qualification for specific jurisdiction requirements.  Our experience enables us to ensure that the right jurisdiction is chosen for the right yacht.

With the increase in specialised charter yachts the decision regarding the commercial or pleasure status of a yacht has increased in importance.  We can advise on the most effective jurisdiction choice in conjunction the planned activity of the yacht and the client.  We undertake all aspects of the registration procedure from survey through to carving and marking.

The decision a client makes on registration allows them piece of mind and security for the time that they own and sail the vessel.  Our services allow this to happen with the minimum of disruption and cost.

Our wide network of associates' means we can arrange ISPS, ISM and Code compliance surveys, we can put in place Classification Survey using approved Classification Societies, organise the carving and marking and ongoing commercial compliance.

Additional registration services, such as transfers to the British Register, change of name or Port of Registry of the vessel, certification in accordance with Merchant Shipping Acts, and deletion from the British Register are all offered.
